Mark your calendars everyone! CAFES will be attending the annual Carp Fair from September 26th - 29th.
The Carp Fair has a long history of celebrating the harvest season. Since 1863 the fair has showcased the farming community's livestock, produce, and craftsmanship through exciting exhibitions, and has become one of the most widely anticipated agricultural fairs in the region with people coming from all over Canada and the USA.
CAFES is delighted to attend to speak with members of the community about our work on climate advocacy, municipal climate policy, and renewable energy transitions. Stop by our table to hear all about the incredible opportunities that renewable energy can bring to Ottawa's rural regions and find out how you can get involved in our advocacy work.
