Green Fair Ottawa is a fun, family-friendly one-day public event on Saturday June 13 2026 at the Ottawa Conference and Events Centre. We’re expecting over 1,000 attendees across our indoor exhibitor hall and outdoor EV showcase. Green Fair Ottawa builds on the decade-long legacy of the SmartNet Sustainability Showcase, bringing renewed energy to this established gathering place. The event will bring together sustainability innovators, local vendors, and consumers to explore practical solutions for sustainable living.

There’s something for the whole family at Green Fair Ottawa. Kids can enjoy face painting and hands-on crafts while parents explore the exhibitors and cooking demos. Free and fun.

Drawing, story, poetry, and song writing on fip books made by upcycling and reusing materials such as cereal boxes mostly and some plastic packaging.
Art workshops with Teach Your Parents (11am-2pm)
A free climate-themed cartooning and comic-panel colouring activities for children in Grades 2 to 8, organized by the Teach Your Parents (TYP) initiative. Founded in 2022-23 by 15-year-old Nandini Sundram, a UNICEF Youth Advocate Program alumna, and visual artist Sanjay Sundram, TYP combines art, storytelling and climate education to inspire young people to take action.
Chef Jordan takes over the outdoor stage twice to show how induction cooking delivers better flavour, a cleaner kitchen, and zero gas emissions. Come hungry.

Teslica eBikes — Ottawa’s own Canadian e-bike brand — will have multiple models on display and available for test rides, including the Ambition Elite F26 fat-tire e-bike. Their team will be on hand to answer questions and walk you through the options.

See the latest electric vehicles up close, take a free test drive, and talk to real EV owners about what it’s actually like to live with one. The EV Showcase runs all day in the South Lot (300 Coventry Rd), co-organized with the Electric Vehicle Council of Ottawa (EVCO).

How to get there? Green Fair is easy to access via bike path, O-Train (Tremblay Station then cross on Max Keeping overpass), bus, and car.
