Mark your calendars! On Saturday May 24th, 2025 from 8:00am to 2:00pm at 166 Glebe Avenue, CAFES will once again be holding our annual Pollinator Plant Fundraiser at the Great Glebe Garage Sale. We will have a wonderful assortment of native pollinator perennial plants for sale, as well as a lovely selection of herbs, and a few different types of annual flowers. Coffee and light snacks to be available as well.
Plants will be available for pre-order through our website (coming soon!) or can be purchased on the day of the sale. Be sure to stop by our table and chat with us about how you can make your garden pollinator-friendly. We can't wait to see you out there!
Volunteer Call Out
We are looking for several volunteers to assist us on the day of the plant sale. Volunteer shifts will be a minimum of one hour, but you are welcome to sign up for as many hours as you like. Set up will begin as early as 6:30am and take-down will start around 2pm. Roles may include working either the plant sale table, the coffee/snacks table or the CAFES information table, labelling and restocking plants as needed, and set up and tear down.
